A variation of this finished work was considered so special by Banksy that he highlighted it in his book Wall and Piece.
Banksy used the same stencil as the boy to do other similar and equally famous works, such as the drawing “Heart Boy”, which, originally located on the side of a building at 27-30 Goswell Road in Islington London, following the demolition of the same building in 2009 led to the preservation of the mural, over two meters high and weighing over two tons.
